MY STORY

A Journey of Better Being

I’m an imaginative seer of possibility, inner wisdom guide and organizational evolution partner. Like many, I was called to a quest for Better Being and Better Business by disruptive events and the desire to help others evolve beyond inner and outer struggle. Every dimension of our world today is calling for evolution … yet our future is emergent and hard to know. Calling for compassionate truth-telling, deep listening, imagination, generative collaboration, and living into the questions of our lives and this time.

Learning a Better Way

Life is a constant and benevolent teacher. As we learn to listen to our own heart, our unfolding reality is constantly offering signs, opening doors and supporting our growth forward. Even when it doesn’t feel that way, we grow into what’s needed or what’s next..

For too long, I valued hard work over life balance, strived for excellence in everything I did and was shadowed by a harsh inner critic. My heart longed for a softer way of Being with myself, others & life itself. First, a cancer diagnosis and then a corporate restructure helped me change paths to focus on deep self exploration, study and an arduous yet liberating journey of healing … of Better Being.

I might call Better Being a dimension of embodied presence that serves as a more pure, trustworthy inner guidance system,. A foundation built on understanding our own cosmology, integrating our inner work & becoming comfortable both within ourselves and out in the world .… uniquely whole just as we are. Where we have access to a deep well of intuitive wisdom, joy, unconditional love, creativity, curiosity, and resilience to flow more freely in service our dreams, intentions and callings.

Building a circle of soul friends has been critical..  We are not meant to live this rugged, mysterious and beautiful life alone. Which is why I hope to pay forward all I’ve been given and all I’ve learned to liberate the joy, compassion, wisdom and creative potential that lives within us all.

The world is calling for our wisdom and wise action.
