This gentle, yet powerful immersive experience invites you to visualize and pre-experience a version of your desired future through your active imagination. It’s a way of connecting who you are today with what you might really feel and do in the future. The experience also surfaces meaningful messages from your unconscious and possibly insight on what stands in the way of moving forward.

Why it Works

From a physical and neurological perspective, interactive visualization opens new neural pathways. The experience provides an action-oriented experience of yourself living into your future. Like athletes in training, visualization allows us to practice or simulate the future in our mind. This simulation allows us to pre-feel possible futures, providing important information for planning and decision-making.

What to Expect

Sessions are immersive 2-hour guided meditation journeys. A clear vision of your future is not needed. In fact, the practice works best with an open heart and open mind to exploring your active imagination. Sessions are held in Zoom. All you need is a comfortable, meditative and quiet place for the 2-hour session.
